As we move into the 7th year for the Pennsylvania Club Livestock
Association, we would like to offer unique and effective advertising
opportunities for our industry partners. Currently, our organization includes over 200 youth members from a four state area (PA, MD, DE and NY). In addition to these youth members, PCLA also includes over 30 adult and/or farm members that serve as the directors of our organization. In addition to our youth and adult membership, PCLA sanctions 8-10 livestock shows in the state of Pennsylvania that includes Beef, Sheep, Swine and Goats. Our largest shows have brought in over 400 animals and nearly 200 exhibitors from five different states. The PCLA also employs a point system that is tracked and monitored through our website. This website receives many visits by our youth and adult members as the show season progresses. We believe that our advertising opportunities with PCLA will prove useful and effective for your organization. If you are in need of reaching livestock producers, particularly those with an interest in the show arena, this is the perfect avenue. GOLD LEVEL **Champion Award Sponsor** $1000.00 Deadline: July 6, 2009 This advertising opportunity will allow this sponsor to include their logo on the awards given to the champion winners in each species category for showmanship, high point exhibitor, high point animal and skill-a-thon. In addition, this sponsor will have the opportunity to exhibit at the annual end-of-year awards banquet and address the group for 5 minutes during the banquet. **Participation Award Sponsor** $1000.00 Deadline: July 6, 2009 This advertising opportunity will allow this sponsor to include their logo on the participation awards (given to every PCLA member that attends at least 33% of the shows for each species). In addition, this sponsor will have the opportunity to exhibit at the annual end-of-year awards banquet and address the group for 5 minutes during the banquet.
SILVER LEVEL **30 Day Banner** $100.00 Banners can be placed on our website, www.pacla.org. These banners can be customized through our website designer and placed on our homepage to be easily viewed by our membership and all visitors to our website. The deadline for requesting these ads is the 15th of the month prior to your add being posted.
BRONZE LEVEL **1/4 Page Ad**
$25.00 Deadline: February 23, 2009 Ads can be placed in our spring newsletter which is sent at the beginning of the show season and includes information and entry forms for our summer shows. This newsletter goes to all of our members and directors. You can provide us with your custom ad or we can create one for you! |
